Appetite for Crayons ("we," "us," or "our"), a brand of KMD Squared LLC, and our AI-powered products including Aria AI answering service, may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to individuals who have opted in to receive them. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Messages You Will Receive

When you opt in to receive text messages from us or from a business using our Aria AI answering service, you may receive:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Missed call follow-ups
Service updates and scheduling changes
Responses to your inquiries
Review and feedback requests
Business-related notifications from the company you contacted

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide your express written consent to receive text messages when you:

Call a business using Aria AI and verbally confirm your phone number for follow-up
Submit your phone number through a website form, landing page, or booking form
Text a keyword (such as START or YES) to a business phone number
Provide your phone number in person or via email for appointment scheduling

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business. Typically:

Appointment reminders: 1-3 messages per appointment
Missed call follow-up: 1 message per missed call
Review requests: 1 message per completed service

You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Messages are sent via major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.

8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

9. Privacy
